Role Description Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support & Financial Operations Specialist, where you'll serve as the vital bridge between exceptional customer service and critical financial operations. This role combines customer-facing support with behind-the-scenes financial processes, making you an integral part of our organization's success and customer satisfaction initiatives. - Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat platforms while maintaining high satisfaction scores. - Process financial transactions, billing inquiries, and payment-related issues with accuracy and attention to detail. - Analyze customer accounts to identify discrepancies, resolve billing disputes, and ensure proper account reconciliation. - Collaborate with internal teams including accounting, sales, and operations to resolve complex customer issues. - Execute daily financial operations tasks including invoice processing, payment tracking, and account maintenance. - Document customer interactions and financial transactions in CRM and financial systems. - Optimize support processes by identifying trends in customer inquiries and recommending operational improvements. - Lead escalated customer cases requiring financial expertise and provide solutions that balance customer satisfaction with business objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in customer service or financial operations roles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. - Experience with CRM systems and financial software applications. - Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and integrity. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Requirements - Experience in both customer support and financial operations environments. - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Familiarity with payment processing systems and billing software. - Previous experience in a remote work environment. - Certification in customer service or financial operations. - Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish preferred).
