Role Description Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, the Account Executive will report to the Head of Sales and be responsible for obtaining new logos. This individual will be empowered to prospect and sell the Apploi Workforce Management Platform to organizations within the healthcare industry. - The ideal candidate has a proven track record of outbounding deals. - Can manage the entire sales cycle from: - Prospecting - Account planning - Cold and warm outreach - Multi-threading - Networking - Contract negotiation - Closing Qualifications - At least 3 to 5 years of enterprise selling experience (Healthcare Industry a plus). - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proven experience in tapping into personal and professional network to achieve revenue targets. - Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment. - Self-starter, intrinsically motivated and entrepreneurial. - Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed. - Adaptability to new initiatives. - Salesforce Experience, a plus. Requirements - Compensation: - Base Salary: $120,000 USD per year - Target Commission Structure: $120,000 USD per year - Additional Incentives: Bonuses and rewards for achieving sales milestones and exceeding targets.
