Role Description The Sales Lead is responsible for driving new business development across the Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and electrification solutions involving MV motors, VFD technologies, and industrial optimisation. Qualifications - Proven business development experience within the Oil & Gas sector - Track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities within industrial or energy markets - Experience selling complex technical solutions, ideally involving energy efficiency, electrification, or industrial optimisation technologies - Experience building and managing relationships with operators, engineering firms, and industrial stakeholders - Strong network within the Oil & Gas industry across North America - Experience operating in entrepreneurial or high-growth sales environments Requirements - Identify and secure new opportunities across the Oil & Gas sector - Build strong relationships with operators and industrial stakeholders - Promote industrial energy efficiency and electrification solutions - Support the growth of the company’s presence across North America Benefits - Competitive salary - Health and wellness programs - Opportunities for professional development
