• Use data mining tools to search, sort, and organize large amounts of electronic information • Deploy off-the-shelf and proprietary data collection, analysis, and reporting tools • Responsible for receiving, documenting, storing, transferring, and returning evidence for forensic analysis and production • Maintains inventory control procedures for all evidence and oversees the release, destruction and subsequent paperwork of same • Create and provide reports relating to evidence handling as requested • Contribute to the development and maintenance of applications used for data management and storage • Work as part of a team to provide technical solutions to automate processes and functions to improve data storage and retrieval processes • Work within the boundaries of an overall practice methodology and blueprint • Develop ad-hoc data reports and analyses • Maintain appropriate documentation to include events such as chain of custody • Report to work on a regular basis within time and attendance policies • Provides data and quality control for all DC lab projects • Collect and analyze electronic data from a variety of electronic media, including desktops, laptops, cell phones, tablets, etc.
• Provide advanced support for Relativity internal and external clients including: Analytics, SQL scripting, Relativity Event Handlers, Technical Support and Training, Document Productions, Media Handling, QC of Productions, Exports, Search Term, Report Generation, Creating Custom Workflow, Creating Custom Reports, knowledge of ESI Data Hosting Support Tools • Proven ability to perform Relativity system administration and maintenance - backups, index management, capacity management, archiving and recovery • Design / develop / execute complex workflow strategies • Handle escalated support, problem identification and resolution in Relativity • Utilize Sql to support, enhance and maintain existing databases • Communication with clients and senior iDS staff in order to identify requirements and implement solutions • Respond to client requests for document productions, exports, data loads or general reporting • Support conference and trade show activities • Assess and trouble shoot situations to alleviate data issues • Manage document review workflow for large teams • Utilize software and scripting skills to create custom reports • Analyze industry technology trends staying abreast of changes and improvements to make recommendations and incorporate into practice • Mentor and train junior staff • Provide on-call client services support in accordance with the team rotation schedule
