• Identify and qualify prospective business targets • Leverage multiple channels to recruit new agencies within your assigned territory • Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and diversification • Drive profitable growth by selling a broad, differentiated suite of solutions • Manage the existing book of business • Develop an in-depth understanding of each agent's business model and value proposition • Build customized business plans that capitalize on opportunities aligned with AFBIS growth strategies • Develop and implement account service plans highlighting deliverables, issues, and technical needs • Manage day-to-day agency customer service needs • Lead client onboarding efforts, agent training and education sessions (in person and virtual) • Assist in resolving problems and proactively providing value added services to accounts • Coach agents in preparing and executing growth strategies and market retention • Attend and present at agent farmer meetings • Work internally with other team members and departments • Act as an ambassador for AFBIS in the marketplace and with our clients
