• Drive adoption of the Alveo Sense™ analyzer and assay portfolio across Asia (Singapore) or Europe • Develop and execute a scalable channel strategy across Asia or Europe • Identify, recruit, onboard, and contract high-performing distributors • Set revenue targets and manage forecasting, pipeline, and performance metrics • Drive new customer acquisition through channel partners • Expand into new countries and adjacent veterinary verticals • Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and commercial plans • Conduct regular business reviews and territory planning sessions • Train distributor sales teams on value proposition, positioning, and competitive differentiation • Support key in-market meetings and strategic customer engagements • Build repeatable playbooks for distributor success • Support complex, strategic deals in priority accounts • Collaborate on pricing, tender strategy, and commercial negotiations • Coordinate product launches and promotional initiatives across the region • Ensure CRM visibility and pipeline discipline across partners • Provide structured market feedback to Product and Marketing • Contribute to global go-to-market strategy and assay expansion plans • Partner with Regulatory and Operations to support country registrations and logistics • Align closely with Customer Success to ensure strong onboarding and retention
