Relocation Consultant Location: Frisco, TX 75034, USA Full-Time Hybrid Corporate Headquarters Job Details Description The Consultant is responsible for ensuring a positive relocation experience for the customer by managing the day-to-day administration of assigned client relocation programs, which include but are not limited to: coordination, approval and management of service deliverables, overall communication between and with customers, Altair Team Members and service partners, management of benefit and service expenses, and file and data management. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Takes temporary ownership of a caseload during team member absences or volume spikes, primarily home sale programs, with flexibility across other move types as needed. - Develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of assigned clients’ relocation programs, including policies, processes, and practices—managing clients with multiple policies and complex service offerings - Handle negotiations with real estate agents/brokers and sellers within the parameters of third-party home sale transactions to meet IRS regulations - Communicate the relocation road map, providing a comprehensive explanation of the relocation process, policies, and practices to the customer - Knowledgeable about Altair service partners; serve as primary point of responsibility and coordination between service partners and customer - Manage all data pertinent to each customer’s relocation file; document all relocation activities and transactions in the appropriate Altair information system - Understand and manage costs connected to relocation deliverables, maximizing the full intent of the benefit while minimizing expenses; - Understand and manage data by using appropriate reporting tools - Direct day-to-day activities for assigned Associate, as appropriate EDUCATION: High School diploma or the equivalent combination of experience, skills, training, and education required; Bachelor's degree preferred. TRAINING and EXPERIENCE: - 5+ years of experience as a relocation consultant - Real estate license preferred but not required; must have thorough understanding of home sale contracts and closing packages and associated documents/disclosures - Broad knowledge and understanding of domestic and international relocation - Comfortable switching between clients/policies frequently, as well as working without clear parameters at times - Must be highly organized, flexible and able to think quickly in changing circumstances - Able to quickly build relationships across the region, working smoothly with all resources - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Word, and Excel and databases; knowledge of additional software packages is preferred; proficient with internal databases - Able to confidently and professionally communicate at multiple levels with customers, clients and service partners - Adept at interpreting, applying and communicating complex policies and service offerings - Excellent negotiating and persuasion skills - Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Calm under pressure; well-developed conflict management and consensus building skills - Able to make effective difficult business decisions based on factual information using good logic and common sense WORK/PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT: Office setting and/or home office work environment. Team member must be able to operate standard office equipment. Most of the work time is spent sitting, and working at a computer, speaking on the phone to customers and service partners, and attending meetings, while working against multiple deadlines.
MarCom Summer Associate, 2026 We are seeking a website development associate to join the MarCom team at Altair Global for the summer. This tech-savvy individual will be excited about all things WordPress, HUBL coding, AEO/GEO/SEO principles, digital user experience, and teamwork. You’ll collaborate with a creative marketing team, tackling real-world projects and making a meaningful impact on the company’s external brand. This is a paid part-time role, three days a week, and can be based in our Frisco, TX headquarters or remote. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS · Develop, edit, and implement pages for the Altair Global website in WordPress according to wireframes and design concepts · Optimize webpage responsiveness for desktop, tablet, and mobile device sizes · Conduct research on website design and user experience trends · Update existing webpages and global themes with refreshed brand identity · Research and recommend widgets for better user retention on landing pages · Assist with maintenance of company website, including troubleshooting and bug fixes · Help improve AEO/GEO/SEO authority of the Altair website · Create landing page templates in HubSpot to reflect external website look and feel · Participate in brainstorming with marketing team · Ensure work aligns with brand guidelines EDUCATION: Areas of study or interest · Website Development TRAINING & EXPERIENCE · Familiarity with WordPress is necessary · Intermediate understanding of HTML/basic frontend coding · Familiarity with Avada ThemeFusion backend on WordPress is a plus · Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and HUBL coding is a plus · Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus · Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously · Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive, collaborative, and communicative
