Role Description As a Senior CRE Consultant within our Sage Intacct Practice, you will work directly with clients to implement new systems, add-on modules, and provide ongoing support. You will ensure that all engagements stay within scope, on budget, and are executed with excellence. This role goes beyond client service—you’ll be a mentor to junior consultants, a process champion, and a trusted advisor to both internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage Sage Intacct Construction implementations and module add-ons with minimal oversight - Provide timely client support—resolving or escalating support cases within 24 hours - Maintain at least 70% billable utilization by efficiently managing time and client expectations - Offer strategic insights to clients regarding new functionality, helping them plan for the future - Document activities clearly and thoroughly on timecards to avoid billing disputes - Mentor and guide junior team members through leveling chats, group discussions, and project support - Collaborate with Project Managers and other consultants to ensure accurate project plans and timely task completion - Identify out-of-scope items, assist with change order creation, and escalate issues as needed - Maintain advanced certification in key Sage Intacct modules including: - Construction - SCM Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience, including project implementation and support - Advanced certification in CRE and SCM - Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements independently - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Experience mentoring or leading teams in a consulting environment Ideal Candidate Attributes - Accounting Experience in the Construction Field - Passionate about using technology to simplify and improve client operations - Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and accountability - Integrity-focused—makes the right choices, even when no one is watching - Persistent and tenacious in driving outcomes - A natural learner and teacher, eager to grow and share knowledge - Excellent listening skills, able to understand client needs and respond effectively Benefits - Fully remote, flexible work environment - Competitive compensation with performance incentives - Opportunities for continued certification and professional development - Collaborative, values-driven team culture Company Description Alta Vista Technology is a nationally recognized consulting firm helping businesses leverage cloud-based solutions to drive growth, scalability, and operational efficiency.
