• Lead a team of engineers (frontend and backend) working on mission-critical products • Build seamless merchant onboarding and KYB workflows • Maintain and evolve the merchant and admin dashboards • Enable in-store payment experiences through POS and EPT integrations • Design merchant analytics and steering tools • Implement robust role-based access control (RBAC) and user management systems • Optimize performance, security, and user experience across all merchant touch points • Enhance user experience to drive higher conversion rates
