Role Description We're seeking a full-time Marketing Representative to own and execute our digital marketing efforts — from search visibility to video content to day-to-day campaign management. This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable wearing multiple marketing hats and can work independently with minimal oversight. Responsibilities - SEO: Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search rankings; conduct keyword research; monitor performance and suggest improvements. - Video Editing: Edit short-form and long-form video content (client testimonials, educational clips, social media reels) for use across our website and social channels. - Content Creation & Editing: Write, edit, and publish blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy that reflects our brand voice. - Google Suite Management: Manage Google Business Profile, Google Ads campaigns (if applicable), and Google Analytics to track traffic, leads, and campaign performance. - Website Updates: Make ongoing updates and edits to our Squarespace website, including content changes, page additions, and general upkeep. - Collaborate on marketing strategy and campaign calendars. - Monitor and report on key marketing metrics. Qualifications - Demonstrated experience with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar). - Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar). - Strong writing and content editing skills. - Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and/or Google Ads. - Self-starter who can manage projects independently and meet deadlines. - Experience with Squarespace a plus. - Insurance or financial services marketing experience a plus, but not required. Requirements - Type: Full-time (approx. 35–40 hrs/week). - Location: Estero, FL area preferred; remote work considered for the right candidate. - Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience.
