• Support the identification and advancement of organic growth opportunities across Barrick’s Rest of World portfolio, including mine life extensions, internal growth projects, optimization studies and strategic options. • Support technical and financial analysis of growth opportunities, including production profiles, capital and operating costs, schedules, mining and processing assumptions, sensitivities and key value drivers. • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone plans, action trackers and workplans to support disciplined delivery of studies and growth initiatives. • Coordinate inputs from site, regional, technical, consultant and contractor teams to ensure deliverables, dependencies, risks and required decisions are clearly understood and followed up. • Prepare executive-level reporting materials, including briefing notes, dashboards, presentations, progress updates and decision-support packs. • Travel to operations and project sites to support studies, workshops, data gathering, site reviews and follow-up planning. • Support the development of consistent project standards, planning tools, reporting templates and project definition materials across the portfolio.
