• Monitoring the AUNY field placement agreement email account • Organizing field placement agreements into the appropriate online filling system for review by the appropriate field placement coordinator • Building field placement agreements in the Student Learning & Licensure system once the agreement is approved by the field placement coordinator • Notifying students that their field placement has been approved by the field placement coordinator • Notifying students that their field placement has been created in teh Student Learning & Licensure system • Routing emails from site supervisors and/or students to the appropriate field placement coordinator and/or the Dean's Office • Assisting the field placement coordinators and the Dean's Office to maintain an efficient and up-to-date electronic filing and recorkeeping system
