• Work proactively with OEM engineering (R&D) department/Aftersales service department to collect the technical design inputs to start the content authoring. • Writing/maintaining the technical instructions (Operating manual/Quick guides/Service & Maintenance manual/Parts catalog Manual) and illustrations, Proof reading the technical publications. • Keep close communication with the client to review the developed content to make sure the content is accurate and delivered as scheduled. • Drive the process of content development from authoring, engineering review, editing updates to release.
