Marketing Account Coordinator

• Closely work with Campaign Manager to proactively identify risks or dependencies and opportunities • Collaborate with Campaign Manager to optimize account • Write and submit design and video briefs for internal teams, based off of broader Design and Video Strategy (from CM) • Review creative deliverables for brand and brief alignment • Send to Campaign Manager for final approval • Manage seedbox, coordinate feedback, and ensure timely delivery • QA all client-facing creative for accuracy, especially direct-to-social assets • Works with Delivery team day to day to ensure timely deliveries • Execute on final deliverables where needed (e.g. send marketing emails, publish blog posts, etc) • Prepare client meeting agendas and planned activity recaps • Take clear, actionable meeting notes, flag concerns or delays, and send follow-ups • Maintain a proactive presence in client pods, tailoring support based on account needs
• Build brand identities from concept to delivery — logos, colour, typography, and guidelines that actually get used • Design social content, campaign assets, and creative that earns attention rather than just filling a feed • Produce across print and digital — brand guidelines, pitch decks, marketing collateral, and event materials • Bring visual thinking to the start of projects — mood boards, references, and creative territories — not just execution at the end • Collaborate closely with the Design Lead, taking and responding well to creative direction and feedback • Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint while developing your eye for when and how to push boundaries • Contribute ideas and creative energy to the team — this is a role with room to grow into
• Own our paid advertising function from strategy to execution • Set vision for paid media practice • Collaborate with clients on paid strategies • Monitor campaign performance • Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns • Conduct daily/weekly budget pacing reviews • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns • Prepare performance reports and insights
