Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and strategic MBA Graduate to join our team. As an MBA Graduate at the company, you will be involved in diverse projects spanning different business areas within our organization. Depending on your profile and expertise, you will contribute to: - Strategic initiatives - Market analysis - Business development - Operational improvement projects Responsibilities include: - Creating business plans - Researching specific areas for our different businesses and then utilizing that research to come up with business model optimization - Helping liaise with external teams and helping coordinate multiple projects - Implementing agile and strategic thinking to optimize business processes and outcomes - Presenting findings, recommendations, and project updates to senior management Qualifications - MBA degree from a recognized institution - Agile and strategic mindset with a focus on business orientation and results - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in English Requirements - Up to 1 year of relevant experience in business analysis, strategy consulting, or related fields (preferred but not required) - Knowledge or interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
