Role Description We’re hiring a high-performance Video Editor to create fast-paced, conversion-focused ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other paid social channels. You’ll work directly with the growth and creative team to produce winning ad creatives designed to scale aggressively. This role is for someone who understands: - Direct-response advertising - Consumer psychology - Viral short-form content - Performance marketing - Fast iteration and testing You should know how to turn raw footage, UGC, creator content, and AI-generated assets into ads that sell. Role Description We’re hiring a high-level Email & SMS Retention Manager to own lifecycle marketing and drive serious revenue growth through email and SMS. - Responsible for increasing: - Repeat purchases - Subscription & filter replacement revenue - LTV - Customer retention - Overall CRM performance - Build and optimize high-converting flows, campaigns, segmentation, and retention systems that directly impact the bottom line. - This role has massive upside for someone who wants ownership, speed, and the opportunity to grow with a breakout consumer brand.
