About the Job TheDemand Gen Marketing Specialistis a mid-level, individual contributor role on the Marketing and Communications team, reporting directly to the Director, Marketing and Communications. This position is central to driving pipeline growth across Aeries’ suite of solutions including Aeries Student Information System, JumpRope, and ActivityHero. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings a builder’s mindset to every campaign. You will work cross-functionally to develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs that fuel the sales funnel and accelerate revenue. What You’ll Do - Design, coordinate, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid digital advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads), social media, web, and video to generate and nurture marketing qualified leads. - Create, schedule, and track performance for digital and print marketing content, including blogs, webinars, case studies, social posts, and website copy. - Build and manage advanced email campaigns, sequences, and automations in HubSpot, utilizing A/B testing strategies to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion outcomes. - Manage and maintain website content in WordPress, applying SEO best practices and ensuring pages reflect current messaging and drive inbound traffic. - Design and produce webinars end-to-end, including topic ideation, campaigns, speaker preparation, and post-event follow-up nurture sequences. - Partner with the Director of Sales and the Manager of RevOps to align marketing activity with pipeline goals, track marketing qualified leads, and support sales enablement initiatives. - Collaborate with the Director of Product Marketing to identify market opportunities and inform messaging, positioning, and campaign differentiation. - Develop copy for print and digital marketing materials with strong attention to brand consistency, accuracy, and detail, leveraging AI tools, Figma, and project management software as needed. - Align branding, advertising, public relations, and direct marketing initiatives with strategic marketing plans. - Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization, including Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Events, to drive integrated marketing initiatives and support company goals. What You Bring - 3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing. EdTech experience is preferred but not required. - Demonstrated experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue - Strong creative writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across audiences, channels, and formats - Deep understanding of the marketing funnel, MQL definitions, and lead lifecycle management - Proven ability to work in close alignment with Sales to convert pipeline to revenue - Self-starter with a collaborative spirit: you take initiative, manage your own priorities, and communicate proactively with your Director and teammates to keep projects moving - Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all deliverables, from campaign copy to analytics reporting - Motivated by and aligned to company values; you bring your whole self to work and care Aeries’ mission and vision of advancing student success - Experience with HubSpot (required); experience with Salesforce, Google Ads, and SEO best practices, and AI tools is highly desired; familiarity with WordPress and Figma are a plus - HubSpot Marketing Certification or Google Analytics certification is a plus - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred) Job Details Status - Full-time - Salaried, exempt Work Schedule - Monday – Friday. Typical hours align with 8am – 5pm Pacific Standard Time.Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Work Location - Primarily remote; a reliable, distraction-minimized home workspace is expected. - Must work from one of the following states: AZ, CA, FL, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TX, UT, WA, WY. Travel Requirements - Up to10% travel to customer districts, conferences, and industry events across California, Texas, and other key markets nationwide. About the Job We’re looking for a part-time Trainer to join the Training team as we usher in a new era at Aeries! The Trainer will work in close collaboration with all members of the Aeries Training department to deliver high-quality, engaging, objective-based training and consulting services to Aeries districts in California and Texas. Trainers are responsible for delivering in-person and remote training sessions, as well as assisting in creating robust on-demand training resources (documents, videos, curriculum assets). This position requires a minimum level of monthly involvement to ensure success within the Training Department. What You’ll Do - Develop and deliver effective, participant-centered training on a variety of outlined and custom topics to Aeries customers in various formats (multi-district webinars, single-district webinars, onsite training, workshops, sales demos, et al) - Adapt training materials and methods to meet the diverse needs of participants - Continually learn and master the latest features of Aeries as well as actively engage in ongoing discussions on Aeries development - Assist with the creation of accurate and comprehensive on-demand training resources for Aeries districts including documentation and videos - Participate in presenting at annual AeriesCon events What You Bring - Empathy for customers and team members - Attention to detail - Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills - Flexibility and adaptability - Professionalism — conducts oneself with a high level of skill, judgment, and behavior expected when working in a front-facing capacity with customers - Expressive communication skills — clear and concise orally and in writing; comfortable presenting to large and diverse audiences - Extensive knowledge of Aeries, including technical and practical functions and processes; extensive experience in Student Scheduling theory and mechanics, standards-based grade reporting, state reporting, and data analytics is strongly preferred - Ability to work without conflict with an existing employment agreement or other employment Job Details Status - Part-time - Hourly, non-exempt Work Schedule - Weekly hours will vary, and scheduling is coordinated with the Training department based on customer and business needs.
