• Own P&L performance for assigned engine product lines, delivering revenue, margin and inventory turn targets. • Identify and execute asset-level and piece‑part purchasing opportunities aligned with global demand. • Develop and implement purchasing and trading strategies to optimise capital deployment and maximise lifecycle returns. • Partner with Sales and Business Development to align inventory and trading strategy with market demand and campaigns. • Work with FP&A to track market trends and adjust trading strategy to maximise pricing and margin. • Oversee teardown strategy and USM extraction to drive value creation. • Ensure all asset records, Back-to-birth documentation, LLP trace and compliance paperwork meet regulatory and commercial standards. • Monitor market activity, competitor behaviour and fleet trends to proactively adapt product line strategy. • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, airlines, lessors, MROs and key partners. • Support forecasting, valuations and capital planning. • Lead and mentor junior supply chain team members as required.
