Role Description You're an experienced digital media manager who knows how to translate political objectives into effective, tailored media plans. You think across channels and balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. You're as comfortable advising clients as you are digging into performance data. - Strategize: Craft cross-channel digital advertising strategies in collaboration with clients from every level of the political world, identifying the proper tactics, channels, and audiences for each one. - Execute: Launch, optimize, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including social, search, and programmatic channels. - Lead: Oversee and guide junior team members in execution of team strategies by directing priorities, offering feedback, and ensuring alignment on campaign goals. - Analyze: Investigate performance data using our suite of reporting tools to identify opportunities to maximize clients’ ROI. - Curate: Work closely with publishers to craft custom media plans and build inventory packages based on campaign needs. - Balance: Manage a number of budgets (large and small) simultaneously, ensuring spend efficiency across multi-stage programs. - Craft: Assist with creating compelling ad copy, landing page content, and other advertising creatives. Qualifications - Six or more years of experience in digital paid media, including social, search, and programmatic advertising. - Experience working in political campaigns or government affairs (required). - Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and mentoring junior team members. - Experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar platforms (required). - Experience with social media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and X (formerly Twitter) (required). - Experience with tag management systems generally and conversion tracking specifically (required). - Ability to translate complex data from multiple ad platforms into clear, actionable insights and client-facing reports. - Positive, proactive attitude, with a willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to meet campaign deadlines. - Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
