Role Description - Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management. - Assist in the preparation of safety reports, presentations, and training materials. - Maintain safety records, logs, and databases to ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Schedule and coordinate safety meetings, training sessions, and audits. - Respond to inquiries related to safety policies and procedures. - Assist in the development and distribution of safety communications and materials. - Support the safety team with various projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - OSHA 30 required. - Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a safety or compliance setting. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - FOR REMOTE PROJECTS. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL. Requirements - Pay $20-22 per hour. - $525 per week per diem.
