Role Description This is a Remote role. Must be available to remain on the phone for the entirety of the shift, handling calls and assisting customers throughout. Ensure patients receive outstanding service, education, and resolution regarding PAP therapy through promoting supplies necessary to gain/maintain optimal clinical outcomes. Duties/Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, utilizing telephone dialing system. - Provide excellent customer service to patients. - Utilize listening skills to ensure patients' needs and concerns regarding their equipment or services are addressed. - Assure that all requests are handled accurately and efficiently. - Educate patients on the importance of changing out supplies clinically. - Suggested and insurance approved schedules. - Create sales orders and confirm accuracy of items and patient demographics. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Two years of customer service experience - Customer oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong written and oral communication skills - Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms - Must be able to multi-task between various software platforms (CallShaper, SNAP, Brightree) - Self-motivated, team player - Works well in fast-paced professional environment - Ability to work independently and meet target goals - Dedicated home office space free of distractions and noise - High speed home internet Requirements - Availability for the shift: Monday-Friday, 10am - 6:30pm EST
