• Build and maintain front-end integrations across our JavaScript-based websites and applications • Design and implement automations that improve workflows across product, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer support • Optimize and expand Acorn’s existing automation systems and integrations • Identify bottlenecks and develop scalable internal solutions that save time and improve efficiency • Provide occasional technical support for software, systems, and hardware-related issues • Improve backup infrastructure and restoration reliability • Deploy endpoint management and remote monitoring solutions • Help define and enforce security policies across devices, networks, and internal platforms • Support implementation of endpoint detection & response (EDR), email filtering, SSO, and password management systems • Improve access controls and organization-wide 2FA implementation • Contribute to internal security education and operational best practices • Audit software tools, subscriptions, and operational systems to reduce unnecessary spend • Monitor system usage and identify opportunities for optimization and consolidation • Assist with vendor and account management across platforms such as Apple, Google, and Lenovo • Improve onboarding and offboarding systems for employees, partners, and patients • Standardize device provisioning and deployment workflows using pre-configured setups • Help maintain internal documentation and build scalable knowledge management systems
