What Success Looks Like in This Role - You quickly gain an understanding of the product ecosystem, user needs, and key business priorities. - You deliver thoughtful, well-structured design solutions that improve usability and overall user experience. - You collaborate effectively with product and engineering partners to move initiatives forward efficiently. - You contribute to design consistency through thoughtful use of design systems and UX standards. - You communicate design decisions clearly and influence stakeholders through strong design rationale. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional experience in UX, product design, or a related discipline. - Proven experience leading complex design projects from concept through delivery. - Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and impactful product outcomes. - Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in product-driven or agile environments. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals when making design decisions. Preferred Qualifications - Experience designing for SaaS platforms, enterprise products, or complex digital systems. - Experience working with established design systems and component libraries. - Familiarity with UX research methodologies and usability testing practices. - Experience partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs. Portfolio Requirement - Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating UX design work and design process, including examples of problem definition, research insights, design iterations, and final solutions.
