The Role The Senior Director / VP of AI Production Reliability & Trust is accountable for two things: 1. Production reliability: ensuring HAP (our Hybrid AI Platform) and our customer deployments operate dependably under real traffic, real data, and real regulatory constraints. 2. Agent trust: building the frameworks — technical and operational — that allow enterprise customers to trust autonomous AI agents doing work on their behalf. This is not a pre-release testing role. It is not a test automation role. It is not a QA team management role. This is a runtime governance role for non-deterministic, agentic AI systems. The systems you govern make decisions autonomously. The customers who depend on them are sovereign governments and large enterprises with no tolerance for unpredictable agent behavior. What you will actually build • A production quality operating system: quality gates, phase transition criteria, incident taxonomy, observability spec across our 6-layer Reference Architecture • A continuous validation framework for agentic workflows — not test scripts run by humans, but autonomous evaluation pipelines that catch regression without human intervention • An agent decision qualification framework: risk-tiered oversight for autonomous agent decisions, from ephemeral actions that need no review to high-stakes decisions that require multi-model consensus • A trust evidence system: the observable signals — audit trails, behavioral consistency records, policy compliance evidence — that enterprise customers use to extend trust to agents operating on their behalf • Production observability: instrumentation across Ingest, Prepare, Serve, Orchestrate, Monitor, and Optimize layers of the Reference Architecture • A post-mortem and CAPA system: every production incident produces a root cause, a corrective action, and a new test that prevents recurrence What we are not looking for We want to be direct so you don't waste your time: • Leaders who will hire a team first and direct them to build — we need someone who builds first and delegates second • Candidates whose answer to "how would you do X?" is "I'd talk to my network" or "I'd evaluate vendors" — we need someone who already has answers • Enterprise QA professionals whose toolkit is Selenium, Datadog, LoadRunner, or similar AI-washed commercial tools — we use open-source and next-gen frameworks and we expect you to know them • Candidates whose production AI experience means "I oversaw a team monitoring an AI model" — we need someone who has implemented governance for autonomous agent systems • People who need defined scope and predictable hours to do their best work What we are looking for • 10+ years in quality, reliability, or production operations for complex distributed systems — with at least some of that time governing AI or ML systems in live production • Direct implementation experience with AI quality frameworks — you built it, not just led a team that built it • Familiarity with the agentic AI quality problem: non-deterministic systems, hallucination detection, behavioral drift, autonomous decision governance • Working knowledge of open-source evaluation and observability frameworks (LangSmith, Arize/Phoenix, RAGAS, PromptFlow, Weights & Biases, or similar) — not just commercial alternatives • Background in regulated industries (financial services, telecom, healthcare, government) where AI quality failures have real contractual and commercial consequences • Startup orientation: comfortable with ambiguity, iterative scope, and a team that moves faster than most people expect
About the Role The Vice President, Quality & Trust is accountable for production trust across the 7SG platform. This leader ensures that enterprise AI workloads governed by 7SG operate reliably, safely, and predictably in live environments—under real traffic, real data, and real regulatory and economic constraints. This is not a traditional QA or test-coverage role. Quality at 7SG is a runtime discipline, and reliability extends far beyond uptime. Success is measured by sustained production performance, compliance, and cost control after deployment, not pre-release validation alone. This role owns the definition, enforcement, and evolution of quality and reliability standards for production AI systems as models, vendors, pricing, and regulations continuously change. Key Responsibilities Production Quality & Trust Leadership - Own and enforce the end-to-end quality and reliability strategy for 7SG’s production execution layer. - Define reliability beyond uptime to include behavioral consistency, policy adherence, cost predictability, and SLA compliance. - Own production readiness standards and go-live criteria for enterprise AI workloads. - Ensure AI systems remain dependable as models, vendors, pricing, and regulatory requirements evolve. Runtime Validation & Assurance - Design and operate continuous validation frameworks for agentic and AI-driven workloads. - Identify, classify, and mitigate failure modes that emerge only in production environments. - Lead post-deployment monitoring, drift detection, and anomaly response across environments. - Ensure quality and reliability signals are evidence-based, auditable, and enterprise-grade. Cross-Functional Execution - Partner with Engineering to embed quality and reliability controls directly into runtime execution paths. - Collaborate with Product and Reference Architecture teams to define and codify “correct behavior” across workloads and industries. - Work with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into enforceable runtime controls. - Engage directly with enterprise customers to support production deployments and ongoing operations. Team & Capability Building - Build and lead a high-leverage Quality & Reliability organization focused on production outcomes. - Establish operating rhythms, tooling, and metrics appropriate for AI systems at scale. - Mentor senior ICs and leaders in production-grade quality and reliability practices. Success Metrics - Measurable reduction in production incidents, drift, and unexpected cost or compliance events. - Consistent achievement of customer SLAs across environments and workloads. - Improved time-to-detect and time-to-resolve production issues. - Adoption of evidence-based quality and reliability reporting by customers and internal teams. - Scalable quality practices that grow with platform adoption. Qualifications Required - 12+ years of experience in quality, reliability, or production operations leadership for complex distributed systems. - Proven ownership of live production systems operating under regulatory, security, and economic constraints. - Experience defining quality and reliability standards beyond traditional QA or pre-release testing. - Strong cross-functional leadership with engineering, product, security, and compliance teams. - Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in an early-stage, high-growth environment. Note: Experience limited primarily to pre-release QA or test automation without production ownership is not sufficient for this role. Preferred - Experience with AI, ML, or agentic systems in production environments. - Background in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, telecom, government). - Familiarity with SRE, FinOps, security posture management, or policy-driven systems. - Experience building quality or reliability functions from the ground up Why This Role Matters At 7SG, quality does not stop at release—and reliability does not stop at infrastructure. Production AI fails differently. Enterprises need systems—and leaders—that can detect, govern, and correct failures in real time. The Vice President, Quality & Trust ensures 7SG delivers on its promise: AI that works in production, stays compliant, and remains economically viable over time.
About the role This is the technical half of the Field Co-Selling Pod. You are paired with an Account Executive and together you work every opportunity from first technical conversation through workshop delivery and beyond. The AE owns the commercial relationship. You own the technical truth. While there are click through demos, in fact you will contribute to creating more. The role also requires you to build sample applications from scratch using AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, tailor them to specific customer environments, and use them to show --- not tell --- how the 7SG Hybrid AI Platform solves real problems. You will learn by doing, alongside Neeloy and the engineering team, with real customer scenarios as your classroom.Describe the role and team the candidate will be joining What you'll do Two Modes. One SE. Your work falls into two modes that run in parallel. Both are required from Day 1. Mode 1: Pre-Sales Technical Engagement You are the technical face of 7SG in every customer interaction that goes beyond qualification. When the AE brings an opportunity forward, you step in to understand the customer's AI deployment landscape, map their enterprise technology stack, and determine how to map to the 7SG Reference Architecture applies. You use this intelligence to support the AE with qualification accuracy and account timing. This means understanding AI deployment and scaling approaches across a variety of environments: Private NVIDIA DGX and HGX clusters, AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker), Azure (Foundry, CoPilot Studio), GCP (Vertex AI), Salesforce Agentforce, Agent Bricks, and emerging agentic platforms. You don't need to be an expert in all of them on Day 1, certification in one is preferred, but you need to be genuinely curious about how enterprises actually run AI in production and committed to building depth fast. Mode 2: Technical Enablement and Advocacy You are not just a deal-support resource. You are an outbound technical voice for 7SG. This means creating content, speaking at events, publishing technical posts, and building relationships in the developer and AI infrastructure community. Evangelism and developer advocacy are part of the job --- not a side project.Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role Qualifications - 1-3 years in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or developer advocacy role at a B2B technology company. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline. - Holds or is actively pursuing at least one technical certification in a major AI or cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, NVIDIA). - Has built and delivered technical demos or proof-of-concept applications for customers --- can walk you through what they built, why, and what the customer did with it. - Familiarity with at least one major enterprise data platform (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS data services, Azure data services) and can speak credibly to how data flows into AI workloads. - Has used or is proficient with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) and can build working applications with them. - Experience with or exposure to enterprise security, identity, or GRC platforms is preferred but not required. - Has worked in or adjacent to enterprise technology --- AI, cloud, data infrastructure, or professional services.
About the role You own demand generation and early-stage pipeline across three channels: outbound you build yourself, inbound and marketing-qualified leads you follow up on, and partner co-sell engagements with regional and global systems integrators. Your primary commercial milestone is the workshop engagement — a structured discovery and solution session that serves as 7SG’s entry point into enterprise accounts. You learn to position these, advance customers toward a commitment, and close them. Qualified opportunities that graduate beyond workshops get handed to the CEO. Your job is to make that handoff clean. One thing worth saying plainly: you won’t be assigned to partner co-sell calls on Day 1. You earn that access by proving your story on direct customer opportunities first. The cost of a bad impression with a partner is real and we treat it that way. What you'll do Three Channels. One Rep. Opportunities in this role come from three distinct sources. Each has a different motion. Channel 1: Outbound You build it. There is no SDR feeding you leads. You will develop an AI-assisted outbound process — prospecting, sequencing, and opening conversations — from the ground up. This is the hardest part of the role and the reason many experienced sellers will pass on it. The upside: you own the pipeline you build. Channel 2: Inbound and MQL Follow-Up Marketing will generate leads. Your job is to follow up fast — within 24 hours — and qualify them rigorously before they go cold. These are warm conversations, but warmth doesn't mean qualified. Your job is to determine quickly whether there is real pain, real budget, and a real next step. Channel 3: Partner Co-Sell Partners will bring 7SG into deals with their enterprise customers. Your role in these situations is to support the partner's motion and represent 7SG credibly in front of their customer relationships.Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role Qualifications • 0–4 years in B2B technology sales — SDR, BDR, inside sales, or small-deal AE • You’ve run structured outbound. You know what a cadence is because you’ve built one. • You’ve closed a deal independently — any size. You can walk through the conversation that got a customer to yes. • Salesforce is your CRM and you keep it current without being told • Genuine curiosity about enterprise AI — not technical, just interested • Coachable, process-disciplined, and collaborative. You work in a pod. You bring the CEO in at the right moment. Not a solo act.
