Role Description As a Data Entry Clerk at 75 & Sunny Remediation, you will play an essential role in supporting our operations by accurately managing and maintaining critical data that supports our emergency response and restoration processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers when they need us most. - Accurately input and update customer and project data into company databases and software systems. - Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy to ensure error-free records. - Coordinate with field teams and management to gather necessary information for data entry tasks. - Maintain confidential and sensitive information with integrity and security protocols. - Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for management based on entered data. - Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information. - Assist in streamlining data entry processes and recommend improvements for efficiency. - Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth business operations. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data management is a plus. - Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, preferably within the facilities services or restoration industry. - Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry. - Proficiency with data entry software, MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and database systems. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. - Availability to work flexible hours if needed to support 24/7 emergency operations.
