• Deliver (Hands-On from Day One) • Lead complex Yardi Investment Management implementations end-to-end • Design and configure solutions across fund structures, investor models, and reporting frameworks • Act as lead solution architect and trusted advisor to client stakeholders • Establish delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices through direct execution • Build and scale a specialist Investment Management consulting team • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-caliber Yardi IM professionals • Transition delivery from a hands-on model to a team-led delivery model • Create repeatable, scalable delivery frameworks • Own client engagements from solution design through delivery • Act as a trusted advisor to investment, finance, and operational stakeholders • Lead solution design across fund structures, entity hierarchies, and investor reporting models • Ensure high-quality delivery outcomes and long-term client satisfaction; Support and shape pre-sales engagements, solution design, and scoping • Partner with sales to grow the Investment Management pipeline • Contribute to pricing strategy and delivery approach • Build a sustainable, high-quality Investment Management practice

• Architect secure, scalable Azure-native solutions for IaaS, PaaS, AKS, and data workloads. • Develop reusable ARM/SDK-based deployment patterns and infrastructure code. • Establish best practices for Azure-native provisioning and cloud platform operations. • Architect, deploy, and manage AKS clusters with best practices for resiliency and security. • Implement Kubernetes fundamentals: RBAC, namespaces, pod security, network policies, and secret management. • Manage ingress controllers (Azure Gateway for Containers), DNS, load balancing, and workload identity. • Use Helm, YAML, Azure DevOps, and other tools for container deployment. • Manage Azure networking, compute, identity, storage, and monitoring environments. • Implement Azure governance across Policies, RBAC, subscription design, tagging, and FinOps practices. • Monitor and troubleshoot workloads using Azure Monitor, Insights, and Log Analytics. • Automate platform administration and provisioning using ARM + Azure SDK in C# and Python. • Develop automation tooling, provisioning services, and CI/CD workflows in C# and Python. • Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps for both infrastructure and applications. • Administer and manage Microsoft Fabric capacities, workspaces, and environments. • Build Fabric-based data pipelines, including PySpark notebooks for data processing and analytics. • Support Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics, and integrated Azure services. • Apply best practices including Zero Trust, workload identity, network segmentation, and cloud-native security. • Collaborate with InfoSec to ensure compliance and support audit requirements. • Work closely with platform engineering, DevOps, data engineering, and application teams. • Serve as SME for ARM/SDK provisioning, AKS operations, and Azure architecture. • Mentor engineers and help define engineering standards and reusable patterns. • Review existing C# and Python solutions and suggest/implement improvements.

• Implement the Yardi suite of products • Execute project plans within time and budget constraints • Capture accurate business requirements and apply extensive knowledge of real estate best practices while serving as an advisor to the client • Gather requirements for data conversions and assist clients with preparing for data migration • Perform system and business process reviews to identify inefficient processes, gaps in the system's implementation, and make sound recommendations for improvement • Integrate client business processes into the Yardi application suite • Manage system testing and rollout activities • Deliver high-quality system training customized to the client’s business processes • Assist in the development of necessary reports to meet business requirements • Foster and grow client relationships through product adoption and revenue growth • Support team members to execute on project plans within time and budget constraints • Travel to client offices to support implementation projects • Ensure all activities undertaken are compliant with clients’ policies, procedures, and processes
