Role Description The Territory Sales Manager manages an assigned geographic territory by promoting and selling our services to facilities such as Urologists, Pediatric Hospitals, and Rehabilitation Hospitals. This position maintains relationships with existing clients and establishes new accounts through cold calling. - Participate in new hire home office-based training as well as field-based training. - Work collaboratively with inside office staff to service patients and facilities. - Develop a territory routing to maximize field time. - Continually strive to improve sales skills by using the SPIN Selling Model and accept coaching by the Sales Manager and Field Trainers. - Demonstrate strong skills in “getting past the gatekeeper” and business acumen. - Lead by example by demonstrating “what good looks like.” - Work closely with Manager to identify territory obstacles and opportunities. - Keep Territory Binder information up-to-date based on territory needs. - Monitor and stay within territory budget. - Proficient with ACT Program to track facility calls per territory on a daily basis. - Stay on top of and meet all deadlines for territory management paperwork: weekly report, expense reports and budget analysis, sample requests, etc. - Demonstrate strong communication skills with office staff on collecting PDF information for Medicare. - Communicate and work with manufacturer representatives as needed. - Identify and discuss local competitors. - Clearly communicate insurance opportunities and challenges within a given market. - Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures. - Complete all required DME training certifications in the required time frame. - Act as a company resource for specified territory. Qualifications - Positive attitude and take ownership running the territory as if it was his/her own business. - Strong track record of performance in the following areas: solid business acumen, market/industry knowledge, selling skills, sales results, organization, teamwork, and leadership. - Demonstrate solid sales skills taking a needs-based approach to selling. - Demonstrate success in working within a team setting and leading the development and completion of programs that align to business initiatives. - Demonstrate the ability to articulate information to a diverse audience. - Respond positively to coaching with a demonstrated ability to develop in the role, taking on new challenges and responsibilities. - Excels at multi-tasking and time management. - Models strong rapport-building skills. - Available to travel within assigned territory with overnight stays when applicable. - Has solid understanding of managed care at both a local and national level. - Budget management experience with running a territory. Role Description Performs accounts receivable functions including billing, pursuing reimbursement, customer service, and record keeping. - Responsible for claim review and submission to Medicare, Medicaid, commercial and private insurance payers. - Verifies accuracy and completeness of all required information prior to submission. - Follows up with insurance companies on unpaid or rejected claims. - Resolves issues and resubmits claims. - Reads and interprets insurance explanation of benefits. - Maintains specialized knowledge in insurance processes and guidelines, including authorizations and limitations. - Investigates insurance claim denials, exceptions, or exclusions. - Takes necessary action to resolve claim and payer issues in an effort to recover proper reimbursement. - Provides customer service relating to all billing inquiries and complaints. - Able to explain insurance processes, benefits, and exclusions. - Follows HIPAA guidelines in handling customer information. - Performs other billing duties as requested by the Billing Supervisor, Billing Manager, or Director of Billing. Qualifications - Must have a high school diploma; college degree preferred, not required. - Six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Proficient in use of computers and software including, but not limited to: practice management software, word processing and spreadsheet applications. - Detail oriented with ability to multi-task. - Manages one’s own time with minimal supervision. - Strong mathematics and problem-solving skills. - Seeks and shares pertinent information related to insurance or internal processes. - Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing to convey and receive information. - Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. - Self-evaluates performance to make improvements or take corrective action. - Considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. - Uses equipment, facilities, and materials appropriately as needed to do certain work. - This position must commit to 9 months in the role before applying for alternative roles within the organization. Role Description The me+ CARE Supervisor is a pivotal role responsible for leading and developing a remote team of me+ CARE Specialists. This role drives superior consumer engagement and direct to consumer sales performance while ensuring outstanding support for Convatec’s product portfolio. The Supervisor will manage daily team activities, oversee quality assurance, and implement continuous process improvements based on consumer feedback and performance metrics. This role blends advanced leadership with direct consumer engagement strategies to elevate both team and customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Team Leadership & Development - Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and team meetings to provide constructive feedback, support professional growth, and reinforce best practices. - Actively identify areas where team performance can be enhanced and propose innovative solutions or adjustments to improve outcomes. - Lead performance review discussions to ensure team members meet or exceed efficiency, activity, and sales targets while demonstrating Convatec values and behaviors. - Assist in onboarding, training and integration activities for all new hires in collaboration with Manager and other internal functions. Support training activities for current team members. - Serve as a role model by consistently demonstrating Convatec’s values, fostering a positive team culture, and inspiring high-quality consumer interactions. - Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance - Analyze team performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high-quality consumer service and promptly address emerging issues. - Evaluate live and recorded customer interactions; implement proactive coaching and corrective actions to uphold and enhance service standards. Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED (Required); Associates or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. - A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a contact center or sales environment with demonstrated results in supervisory or leadership responsibilities. - Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or related industries; familiarity with digital and phone-based consumer engagement campaigns is desirable. - Bilingual abilities (English required; Spanish preferred) are advantageous.
