• Responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of the speech-language therapy program. • Participate in Individual Education Plan (IEP) conferences and meetings. • Conduct assessments and analyze results to determine strengths and concerns. • Develop treatment plans in conjunction with instructional staff. • Ensure evaluations and intervention plans are aligned with guidelines. • Assist teachers in observing and referring suspected speech and language delays. • Provide support services to parents/guardians as needed. • Improve systems and procedures and ensure compliance with all tasks.
