Senior Platform Engineer

• Own and evolve our Developer Experience, building self-service capabilities • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP using Kubernetes and other managed services • Manage and improve our CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD • Lead our Infrastructure as Code practice using Terraform • Drive improvements in our site reliability across our products • Enforce and evolve our security posture across cloud environments • Reduce operational toil by identifying and automating repetitive infrastructure and deployment tasks • Partner with product engineering teams to understand their infrastructure needs and translate them into platform capabilities

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering experience
  • Deep experience with Kubernetes — cluster design, workload management, RBAC, networking, and day-to-day operations
  • Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Terraform
  • Strong cloud provider knowledge, ideally GCP, with hands-on experience in networking, IAM, compute, storage, and managed services
  • Built and maintained CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Flux
  • Strong understanding of GitOps principles
  • Comfortable writing code in Python
  • Experience designing and implementing observability stacks — logging, metrics, alerting, and tracing
  • Clear communication with non-platform engineers, translating infrastructure concerns into language product teams can act on.
