• Lead complex implementation projects for clients in fuel pricing and logistics optimization • Mentor and lead newer consultants to maintain high delivery standards • Build relationships with clients and communicate effectively between business and technical groups

• Analyze product implementations and provide technical design recommendations • Develop data integrations partnering with functional consultants • Create technical solutions for system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements • Build and maintain technical design documents • Participate in testing, documentation, and retrospective sessions • Mentor and support junior consultants

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to **Basel II / III / IV** and **Liquidity Risk Management** • Implement and configure OFSAA modules, especially: • Liquidity Risk Management (LRM) • Basel Regulatory Reporting • Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications • Work closely with technical teams on data mapping, data models, and rule configurations • Perform gap analysis and suggest optimal OFSAA solutions • Support data sourcing, staging, and reconciliation processes • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation cycles • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., LCR, NSFR) • Provide post-implementation support and enhancements • Prepare documentation (BRD, FRD, test cases, SOPs)

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Basel Regulatory Capital and Risk Management. • Conduct requirement workshops with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Compliance teams. • Perform gap analysis between regulatory requirements and OFSAA product capabilities. • Configure and support OFSAA Basel modules and regulatory reporting solutions. • Translate business requirements into Functional Specification Documents (FSD), BRD, and FRD. • Support Basel computations including: • Credit Risk • Market Risk • Operational Risk • Capital Adequacy • Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) • Ensure compliance with Basel II, Basel III, Basel IV, and local regulatory guidelines. • Work closely with technical teams on: • Data sourcing and mapping • Data lineage and reconciliation • Rule configuration and validation • Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities. • Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and validation documents. • Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops. • Provide post-go-live support and enhancement recommendations.
