• Design, develop and administer: • Databases that support analytics and runtime applications • Web applications for IVR and call center software • Integrations to stateful IVR applications • Integration to components engineered for the cloud • Write and maintain SQL to make configuration changes and application enhancements • Participate in development and integration of call center analytics systems

• Build, optimise, and scale backend services powering real-time multiplayer gameplay • Work with GKE, Helm, and Kubernetes to manage deployments and autoscaling for stateful game servers • Improve observability: monitoring dashboards, alerting (Prometheus/Grafana or GCP Cloud Monitoring), and incident response • Scale distributed databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) under high concurrent load • Optimise Kafka event streaming for player actions, game state, and inter-service communication • Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they become player-facing problems • Improve resilience and prevent cascading failures across services • Collaborate on architectural decisions with a small, senior engineering team

• Als PHP developer kom je terecht in een jong team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de verdere ontwikkeling van het software platform. • Je zal betrokken zijn bij het bouwen en uitrollen van nieuwe features volgens de (product en technische) roadmap. • Je bereidt het platform voor om het open te stellen voor meer en grotere klanten door de performantie en schaalbaarheid te verbeteren. • Omdat je een van de eersten bent in een groeiend team, kun je – en dat verwachten we - je stempel drukken op zowel de ontwikkelingsprocessen als de toekomst van het team.
