• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to acquire new clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, e‑mail, and social media. • Qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns (inbound). • Identify and engage decision-makers, conducting consultative conversations to understand challenges, needs, and opportunities. • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients for the sales team. • Keep the CRM up to date and organized, recording relevant information about leads and interactions. • Participate in training sessions and alignment meetings with the sales and marketing teams. • Monitor the sales funnel and performance metrics to optimize the prospecting strategy. • Continuously pursue professional development and deepen knowledge of the market in which the company operates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience as a BDR or SDR and experience with consultative B2B or B2C sales.
