We work in a fast-paced, agile environment with small, product-focused delivery teams. The intern will work on a project on our Essentials application, a Retention Marketing tool that provides automated communications, tailored campaigns, and profit-driven marketing. The project will focus on both front and back-end development with emphasis on UI/UX, aiming to create update tools that give the Essentials development team increased automation and efficiency. • Lead and grow a cross-functional team of Machine Learning Engineers, Backend Engineers, and Data Analysts • Guide research and experimentation efforts, balancing long-term innovation with near-term business impact • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to identify opportunities for increasing customer revenue and conversion through personalization • Act as a player-coach: contribute to architecture, model design, technical reviews, and key implementation decisions
