• Provide the confidence to challenge unrealistic customer requests and offer strategic trade-off options to protect project health and customer success. • Lead deep technical discovery pre-signature and implement formal, auditable change management processes for all scope modifications. • Own the accuracy of bookings forecasts and financial milestones in SFDC, ensuring the commercial health of the practice. • Translate complex business challenges into milestone-driven roadmaps, ensuring SOW alignment with customer Use Cases. • Network with senior internal and external personnel in your area of expertise to drive alignment on the 'Unified Front.'
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- 6 years and a Master’s degree
- 8-12 years of field sales or services delivery experience, specifically within Data Warehousing, BI, or Cloud fields.
- Expert-level capability in Technical Discovery, Scoping, and leading deep discovery pre-signature.
- Proven ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions in complex environments.

• Own the professional services sales lifecycle: identify, scope, propose and close engagements across new and existing clients • Achieve quarterly bookings targets and maintain a rolling pipeline forecast with strong command of your book of business • Develop customer use cases, SOWs and commercial proposals • Run deal reviews to ensure scope is well-defined, commercially sound, and positioned for customer success • Lead discovery and roadmapping sessions with customer executives to translate business priorities (e.g., cost reduction, AI readiness, platform consolidation) into phased services engagements • Own the customer relationship between sales close and delivery kick-off — ensuring executive sponsors stay engaged and success criteria are clearly defined • Facilitate business value assessments, customer journey workshops, and strategic roadmaps as part of pre-sales and early delivery activities • Partner with Snowflake GTM teams (account executives, deal desk, legal, PS leadership, and partner teams) to identify and close opportunities • Collaborate with delivery partners (SIs, GSIs, internal PS teams) to ensure seamless project execution • Develop expertise within your aligned market by working with Practice Directors, Sales, and Global Industry Leaders
• Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation • Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position Snowflake in relation to them. • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake’s products and marketing
