• Perform manual and automated application security testing • Conduct code analysis to assess and ensure the security of application code • Evaluate the software development lifecycle to identify opportunities to strengthen application and supply chain security • Partner with Development and Engineering teams to embed security • Document, communicate, and report security findings and risks identified during testing activities • Perform penetration testing against OneStream assets • Provide secure design and secure coding guidance to engineering teams

• Supporting the implementation of SAP as a general ledger system at XTB, • Translating accounting, controlling and procurement-related business requirements into SAP configuration and system processes, • Working closely with external implementation partners and challenging proposed solutions from a quality and business-fit perspective, • Cooperating with Accounting, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams, • Supporting data migration, integrations and data flows between SAP and other systems, • Configuring, maintaining and developing SAP processes after implementation, • Taking ownership of assigned topics, identifying risks and proposing solutions, • Supporting the long-term development of the SAP environment at XTB.

• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues (server-wide performance, custom workflows, and CMS integrations) to deliver robust, long-term solutions. • Resolve escalated technical issues by coordinating actions with cross-functional technology departments (CloudOps, Product Development, and Professional Services). • Communicate system outages and critical technical issues promptly to Project Managers (PJMs) and affected clients. • Mentor junior team members to resolve technical queries and accelerate their skill development. • Diagnose system bugs and proactively raise awareness of technical problems among all user groups.

• Design, build, and maintain high impact features for our Angular/Ionic mobile application and related web tools. • Develop and integrate AI driven solutions, including working with REST APIs, AI platforms, and supporting services. • Implement and customize Archibus applications based on customer requirements, including forms, workflows, views, and reports. • Configure and support integrations (REST, SFTP and related patterns) between Archibus, mobile applications, and other enterprise systems. • Participate in the full software development life cycle: requirements clarification, design, implementation, code review, testing, deployment, and support. • Own development tasks from concept to release, including estimating effort, identifying risks, and communicating status. • Collaborate closely with product management, project managers, QA, and other developers to deliver high quality solutions on time. • Use modern development practices such as version control, branching strategies, code review, continuous integration, and automated testing where applicable. • Utilize AI assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality. • Produce clear technical documentation for features, integrations, and Archibus customizations. • Provide tier 3 technical support and guidance on complex issues for internal teams and key customers.
