• As an Android Engineer, you’ll be working on some of the most critical, high-traffic, and user-visible parts of the client's app, designing complex projects. • Your work will directly impact the core user experience by focusing on key areas like Maps, Listing Details, and crucial front-to-back-end integrations. • Diving into a large, mature, and multi-author codebase, you will take full ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, from technical design to execution, enjoying high autonomy on projects spanning from a week to several months. • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business needs into clean, maintainable code while seamlessly integrating AI-driven development tools (like Cursor or Copilot) to accelerate architecture and ensure compatibility within existing high-traffic flows.

• Take ownership of Redcare’s Android app, driving architecture, scalability, and technical excellence while building a world-class mobile experience for millions of users. • Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable Android applications using modern Android architecture (MVVM / MVI / Clean Architecture). • Drive adoption of Jetpack Compose for building declarative, responsive UIs. • Ensure best practices in modularization, code quality, testing, and performance optimization, define and evolve the app’s architecture, ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability. • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric features. • Own the delivery pipeline, including CI/CD, testing (unit/UI), and release management. • Ensure app stability through monitoring, logging, and performance tracking tools. • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for architecture decisions, features, and technical processes. • Stay up to date with the latest Android trends, tools, and frameworks, and proactively introduce improvements to the codebase, tooling, and development processes.

• Diseñar y desarrollar funcionalidades Android utilizando Kotlin y arquitecturas modernas. • Construir interfaces de usuario con Jetpack Compose y Android Views (XML), siguiendo Design Systems y componentes reutilizables. • Implementar arquitecturas MVVM, Clean Architecture y modularización por features. • Integrar y consumir APIs REST, garantizando resiliencia, seguridad y rendimiento. • Implementar flujos seguros mediante biometría, tokenización y certificate pinning. • Gestionar estados de UI utilizando Coroutines, Flow, LiveData y componentes lifecycle-aware. • Asegurar la calidad del software mediante pruebas unitarias, de integración y automatizadas. • Participar en decisiones técnicas junto a equipos de backend, seguridad, producto y datos. • Optimizar el rendimiento de la aplicación y monitorear métricas de estabilidad y observabilidad.
