• Develop a strong understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming, as well as related products and operations • Design and build insightful metric definitions, KPIs, and source of truth tables utilizing advanced sql • Ownership of our DBT cloud infrastructure and implementation of data modeling best practices • Collaboration with other Analysts and Data Engineering teams to find solutions to business problems • Develop our Snowflake Intelligence AI to help empower teams to self-serve analytics • Remain current on technology and trends in data analytics and the sports betting & gaming industry

• Build and maintain reliable data models and business logic for product and marketing analytics • Collaborate with developers to ensure proper tracking of all data required for user behavior analysis • Perform deep-dive analyses on complex product questions beyond standard reporting • Ensure data quality and consistency across the analytics layer • Clearly communicate insights and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Contribute to data governance practices, including documentation, structure, and maintainability

• Design, build, and maintain dbt models (staging, intermediate, production layers) • Enforce data quality through dbt tests, source freshness checks, and documentation • Write complex SQL transformations on large datasets; optimize for cost and performance • Translate business questions into well-scoped analytical requirements; define metrics in collaboration with Capital leadership • Build and own the Omni BI semantic layer • Deliver clear, compelling data narratives to non-technical stakeholders • Develop models and dashboards that identify high-propensity dealer and borrower segments to support outbound sales strategy • Build funnel visibility from application through funding; surface bottlenecks and conversion opportunities • Provide analytical support for account management workflows, dealer servicing SLAs, and audit/compliance reporting • Own analytical initiatives end-to-end; execute without requiring close supervision • Proactively surface opportunities and deliver data-driven recommendations
