Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Senior Loan Processor to join our growing, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the loan process from Submission to Clear to Close and delivering a file that is ready for closing to our Closing Department. - Working closely with the borrower to obtain the required conditions. - Ordering and reviewing all remaining third-party documentation required. - Working with the Underwriter to clear all conditions and obtain a clear to close. - Providing consistent communication on the progress of the loan file to the Borrower and Selling Agent. - Ensuring the loan file is “Closing Ready” for the Closing Department. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Mortgage Loan Processing or 3+ years of Underwriting experience. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. - Excellent analytical and organizational skills with great attention to detail. - Exceptional at critical thinking and problem-solving. - Extensive knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM loans. - Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, guidelines, and industry regulations (including RESPA, TILA, TRID). - Experience preferred with multiple Non-QM and Non-Delegated Investor sites.

Job Requirements
