• Develop or assist in the project development process. • Gather needs and requirements for project development. • Monitor schedules; prepare spreadsheets and presentations. • Maintain documentation control. • Create reports, manuals and/or test documentation or documentation for tools used. • Develop files intended for project execution and automation. • Request fixes for features when errors are identified. • Maintain accurate and effective control of all activities performed. • Resolve information discrepancies or operational issues affecting projects at the client. • Validate the correct operation of tools/functionality used exclusively by the department. • Request development or fixes for tools relevant to the team’s work. • Other related duties as required for the position and to ensure an effective working environment.
