• The Project Manager is responsible for representing Leo to clients and vendors on any range of subjects related to a project. • This position is the lead contact and makes decisions on behalf of the client from inception to conclusion. • The Project Manager participates in the conceptual development of a project and oversees its organization, scheduling, and implementation. • Projects include but are not limited to capital improvements, rollouts, buildouts, and remodels. • The Project Manager works as a liaison between all vendors and coordinates, directs, and provides budgetary support for all activities concerned with the project.

• The Senior Preconstruction Project Manager leads front-end project planning for large-scale mission-critical and data center construction opportunities prior to award. • Responsible for developing proposal-phase manpower plans, labor forecasts, preliminary project schedules, execution strategies, and pre-award risk assessments that improve pursuit quality, increase schedule certainty, and better position Smart Tech Contracting to win and successfully launch complex projects. • Works closely with business development, estimating, operations, and technical and field leadership to translate conceptual scope, bid documents, and pursuit assumptions into a practical project delivery plan. • Ensures that labor assumptions, sequencing strategies, schedule milestones, staffing needs, and project startup requirements are clearly defined during the pursuit process and can be efficiently transferred to the delivery team once a project is awarded. • Communicates and operates in line with organizational goals and values, as well as departmental objectives.

• Provide strategic leadership in our BAS / Controls department to plan, execute, and close large-scale building automation and controls projects for commercial and mission critical environments. • Manage fast-paced projects coordinating cross-functional teams (BAS, HVAC controls, mechanical, electrical, IT / OT networks, integration, and commissioning) from design through integrated systems testing and owner turnover. • Act as the primary interface between owners, contractors, designers, equipment OEMs, commissioning agents, subcontractors and other trades. • Drive aggressive schedules using phase overlap, prefabrication, and coordinated deployment strategies while upholding safety, quality, reliability, and client satisfaction targets. • Own project P&L, risk management, and executive-level reporting for high value projects and programs.

• Manage all Elements of Routine Projects • Evaluate and review subcontractor proposals and provide recommendations on contract award • Coordinate pre-construction elements including project initiation, kickoff, contract and subcontract reviews and setup • Coordinate construction elements including MOPs, RFIs and submittals • Coordinate and support resource and material forecasting • Develop, manage and monitor schedule • Participate in, schedule and lead project meetings (internal and external) • Coordinate / perform QA / QC plans and specifications to ensure completion in accordance with the project scope and appropriate guidelines and manuals • Prepare, forecast and monitor project budgets, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization and maintain overall responsibility for the profitability of the project • Maintain client relationships to ensure an ongoing positive relationship and work with clients to identify and develop new projects
