Role Description Welty Energy is looking for a Substation Engineer to join our team! As part of the Welty Energy Substation Team, you will represent our client(s) specific to substation design working on projects ranging from 12kV-500kV. While this position can be remote, the hired team member is to be based in the state of New Jersey (currently). Relocation and sponsorship is unfortunately not provided at this time. Your Work Environment at EXP In this role, you will be part of EXP’s Energy Division, supporting projects across electrical power generation, transmission, and substations, including hydroelectric facilities, renewable energy (wind and solar), medium-, high-, and extra-high-voltage transmission systems, and advanced substation infrastructure.
