Job Requirements
- Hold a degree in computer science, information technology management, engineering or another related field;
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in IT project or program management;
- More than five (5) years of experience managing complex IT projects with significant organizational or clinical integration;
- Demonstrated substantial experience managing programs or portfolios of complex, interdependent projects;
- Experience deploying or upgrading clinical-administrative solutions such as EHR/EMR, ADT (Admission-Discharge-Transfer), telehealth systems or medical imaging solutions;
- Proficient in traditional, agile or hybrid project management approaches;
- Experience in project governance, budget management, risk analysis and accountability reporting;
- Excellent knowledge of IT organization and governance issues in the health and social services sector;
- Proven skills in providing strategic guidance to senior leadership;
- Excellent communication skills, strategic writing and facilitation of working groups;
- Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, rigor and a strong collaborative spirit.
