Senior Machine Learning Engineer

• Build core ML systems for a proactive AI product • Own work end-to-end: data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration • Turn research ideas into production systems • Debug model failures using production signals • Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams • Mentor other ML engineers • Work under production constraints
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning systems
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with PyTorch / JAX
- Familiarity with GPU-based training and inference systems
- Strong understanding of modern ML models in production
- Ability to write production-quality code
- Fast learner with clear communication skills
