• Processes, reviews, and audits incoming commission payments into proprietary software system according to company guidelines. • Coordinates daily commission payments and records into proprietary software system. • Analyzes and reconciles carrier spreadsheets with payments and converts to compatible electronic format. • Confirms and calculates commissions for accuracy according to scales. • Ensures timely entering in preparation for weekly and monthly commissions run. • Maintains commission schedules in proprietary software system. • Monitors and audits commission payments. • Assimilates, analyzes, and maintains records of commission data through various sources. • Contributes to varied aspects of Commission processing. • Organizes and maintains updates to carrier compensation information. • Builds and maintains mutually beneficial relationships by facilitating communication with brokers and clients. • Provides customer service to brokers and clients who inquire about reconciliations of commission payment data in proprietary software system. • Liaises with brokers for commission related questions and discrepancies; researches and resolves commission related inquiries. • Prepares reports.

• Maintain media and influencer contact lists • Identify and engage influencers for partnerships • Support PR campaigns, publicity materials, and influencer kits • Assemble PR kits and track campaign performance • Assist with brand activations and events • Manage LinkedIn and Instagram content • Coordinate VIP events, including invitations, communications, and onsite support • Manage donation requests, tracking, approvals, and fulfillment • Partner with IT, Supply Chain, Audit, and Finance to collect and submit EPR data

• Review and pre-screen IDD/MHSU service authorization requests. • Manage and monitor the timeliness of clinical reviews. • Coordinate and oversee the submission of clinical documentation. • Track Peer Reviewer decisions and independently communicate outcomes to clinicians. • Ensure all required notices and actions are issued appropriately and on time.
