Role Description Full-Stack .NET Developer with strong AWS expertise to support the ICW Claims POD. The role involves building scalable .NET applications across frontend, backend, and data layers, while leveraging AWS-native services and following SAFe Agile practices. Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core (6/8+) and C# for backend development - Experience in developing scalable full-stack applications (frontend, backend, data handling) - Strong SQL skills including writing queries, scripts, and database interactions - Hands-on experience with AWS API development including serverless and event-driven architecture - Experience with AWS CDK for infrastructure provisioning and template consumption - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI - Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows - Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch and AWS X-Ray - Strong experience in Unit Testing frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit with TDD practices - Ability to ensure proper API documentation and publishing to developer portals - Experience working in Agile/SAFe environment and participation in sprint ceremonies - Proven ability to work effectively in remote and distributed teams - Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Requirements - Experience in Insurance and Claims domain (Nice to have) - Familiarity with Guidewire platform or implementation projects (Nice to have) - Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems design (Nice to have) - Experience contributing to solution design discussions and lightweight architecture reviews (Nice to have) - Strong focus on performance optimization and observability best practices (Nice to have) Key Responsibilities - Develop and deploy .NET Core-based microservices on AWS - Participate in SAFe PI Planning and Agile ceremonies - Consume AWS CDK templates provided by Cloud Engineering team - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application delivery - Ensure observability, performance, and monitoring of deployed services - Maintain unit test coverage and API documentation standards - Collaborate with distributed teams across time zones - Participate in solution design discussions and continuous improvements

• Develop and maintain enterprise web applications using ASP.NET MVC (.NET Framework 4.8) • Develop and consume RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API • Build data access layers using Dapper and ADO.NET • Design and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and functions • Implement JWT-based authentication and role-based authorization • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards • Debug and resolve application issues across development and production environments • Collaborate with senior developers, QA engineers, UI developers, and business analysts • Participate in code reviews and implement feedback • Prepare technical documentation when required

• Conduct technical interviews and assessments for PHP developer positions to evaluate candidates' coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of Java concepts. • Collaborate with recruitment teams to refine interview questions and techniques based on role requirements and industry trends. • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations on candidates to hiring managers and HR teams to assist with hiring decisions. • Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and updates to effectively assess candidates. • Participate in creating and standardizing technical interview processes and training materials for interviewers.

• Own the platform architecture, evolution and growth scaling across Enterprise Platform, Scientific Search, AI/ML Ops, Developer Platform, Developer Productivity, Lakehouse Platform, Partner Integrations and Cloud Infrastructure. • Set technical direction, own the decisions that cross team boundaries, and close architectural gaps before they become business risks. • Oversee enterprise Platform, Scientific Search, AI/ML Ops, Developer productivity, Lakehouse platform, and Cloud Infrastructure. • Ensure operational excellence based on a clear O11y architecture rolled out, with every production service having SLOs defined, monitored and managed. • Achieve strong product-market fit and traction while expanding industry partnerships and developer experience.
