• Build the product that puts our foundation models for biology into the hands of scientists and engineers • Design, build, test, and ship features spanning back-end services and front-end interfaces for our B2B biology products • Take features from idea to production and own them in operation, balancing speed with quality and maintainability • Design and maintain robust, scalable services and APIs (REST, gRPC) that compose our packaged models into product capabilities • Build data workflows and work fluently with our core stack (Python, SQL, and related technologies) • Use agentic coding tools (e.g., opencode, Claude) to accelerate delivery • Work closely with Product Engineers and platform/infra engineers to align what we build with real scientific and customer needs.

Role Description We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Lead – Optimizely Full Stack (CMS + CMP) for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions. Qualifications - 6–10+ years .NET / ASP.NET Core - 4+ years hands-on Optimizely CMS (DXP) - Experience with Optimizely CMP - Strong API and integration design experience - Azure cloud & CI/CD exposure - Experience designing content lifecycle, governance, and multilingual setups - Strong communication & stakeholder management skills Requirements - Optimizely Personalization (Preferred) - Headless architecture experience (Preferred) - Enterprise / regulated environment exposure (Preferred) Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end architecture across CMS, CMP, and external integrations - Design and implement CMS + CMP content lifecycle (workflow, metadata, localization, publishing automation) - Lead secure API-based integration (REST, Webhooks) between CMP CMS and other external applications, web & mobile. - Develop complex CMS components, services, integrations, and search configurations - Govern DXP environments and CI/CD pipelines - Ensure performance, security, compliance, and reliability - Participate in workshops, estimations, roadmap planning, and stakeholder discussions - Mentor developers and enforce coding standards Terms and Conditions - Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days) - Joining time frame: Immediate
