Territory Manager
MDWerks Inc.
• The Territory Manager will play a critical role in the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory. • Responsible for educating healthcare providers (HCPs) on Mineralys’ product. • Building trusted customer relationships. • Driving product adoption and achieving territory sales performance goals. • Analyzing territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and course correct as needed. • Consistently delivering against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones. • Maintaining accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience considered
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred
- Prior launch experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals strong customer relationships
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
