Job Requirements

  • Board Certified
  • Current, unrestricted Medical License
  • 5+ years of clinical practice experience/actively practicing
  • Attends all required orientation and training
  • Maintains proper credentialing, state licenses, and any certifications or requirements necessary to perform the job
