Community and Partnerships Manager
16VC
• Build and manage the 16VC founder and startup community. • Develop partnerships with accelerators, incubators, universities, and ecosystem organizations. • Plan and execute founder meetups, webinars, networking events, and community programs. • Manage community communications across social platforms and newsletters. • Collaborate with internal teams to support founders and strategic partners. • Track community growth, engagement, and partnership outcomes.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in community management, partnerships, business development, or the startup ecosystem.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience organizing events and managing communities.
- Passion for startups, venture capital, AI, and innovation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30–40%) to support community activities, events, and partner engagements across the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
- Preferred: Experience working with startups, venture capital firms, accelerators, or founder communities.
