• Partner with key stakeholders primarily within Sales & Operations, Technology and Product, but more widely across the organization to create financial visibility and apply sound financial theory to assist in setting business priorities. • Create and structure financial models needed in support of greenfield initiatives as well as scale core offerings. • Think strategically and leverage analysis from models to aid in decision making. • Ensure and validate efficient capital deployment and management across Caribou’s Sales & Operations, Technology and Product departments. • Work closely with the Accounting function to anchor to actuals and proactively identify trends surfacing in the financials. • Assist in conducting ad-hoc analysis and preparing recurring reporting deliverables with cross-functional teams. • Support a variety of investor, capital investment and planning and Board reporting deliverables. • Capture the entirety of financial implications across Caribou’s P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash position. • Continuously develop, innovate and elevate analysis and reporting highlighting key insights that drive action.

Quorum is looking for a Business Analyst who will work on developing and supporting back-end APIs through the Quorum MuleSoft integration platform. Independently drive critical requirements discussions, managing dependencies across multiple functional areas to achieve the best outcome for Quorum as a whole. Elicit and document business and functional requirements using a variety of interview techniques. Partner with key stakeholders in Finance, Sales, Marketing, and IT as well as other business stakeholders to develop, document and optimize processes to effectively support the project's key objectives. Develop and maintain business process flow diagrams that span across solutions, end-to-end. Transform business requirements into detailed User Stories and clearly defined acceptance criteria that applications developers can consume. Decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to facilitate a general understanding, focusing on the data information flow within and between applications. Lead change management by engaging and communicating across varied audiences including stakeholders, clients, delivery teams and upper management during the lifecycle of a given project. Act as a key liaison between the business and the technology consulting partners to drive the success of implementation. Facilitate user acceptance testing activities. Manage customer expectations of products and services to be delivered. Participate in relevant centers of excellence as they pertain to either Scrum, Scrum Master, Product Owner and/or Project Management focus areas. Interact with various roles at multiple levels: senior executives, various program leaders, core team members, and general business and IT audience. This role will need to be flexible as many business partners are global. And other duties as assigned.
