Guest Experience Agent, German-speaking
Raus
• Support and communicate with our guests and partners via WhatsApp, email, chat and, when necessary, by phone • Handle inquiries about bookings, arrivals & departures, special requests and feedback • Address guest inquiries of a technical nature, follow-up questions about cabin stays, as well as complaints and other feedback • Support quality assurance of our guest processes and help improve the use of AI and automated workflows
Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the hotel, tourism or hospitality industry
- Very good written and spoken German (C1+); good English skills
- Experience working with Slack, Notion and CRM tools
- Structured working style, reliability and an eye for detail
- Strong digital affinity, team player and enjoyment of remote work
